Jason Curtis has been our “go-to” data recovery guy for the Tile Factory Group and Concept Tiles Queensland for several years. The most recent issue was where an onsite IT support tech could not recover data for a northern store, the backups were over 15 days old, and only partly usable. Jason recovered the operating system drive, and a 4 drive raid 10 solution in record time, after the “local” guy had given up. At Moorooka, a stand-alone, payroll machine failed one morning after a power issue causing a PCB error on the 500 GB Seagate hard drive.
